Wegar is the caretaker/guardian of Weegee II and Deegee II. He has a parasite which multiplies his power to extreme amounts but causes him to go into an uncontrollable rage that is a danger to everyone around him. He stayed secluded from his family for a long time, not wanting to injure them due to his parasite problem. Eventually, he recently reunited with them and was given supplements to control his anger, but they only made his problems worse.

The parasite makes Wegar several times stronger depending on how angry he is. For example, when Wegar went against Weegee II and Deegee II, it wasn't nearly as powerful as when he fought against Omega Seventy-Five at 100%.
